What is a Notary:
A notary is an officer of the State authorized by State Government to witness the signing of important documents and to administer Oaths and Affirmations. A Tennessee Notary Public is authorized to act in any county of the State and has the power to acknowledge signatures upon personal knowledge or satisfactory proof of identity.
Acceptable Proof of Identity: These proofs of identity must be current or have been issued in the past 5 years.
Employing the services of a Mobile Notary is all about YOUR convenience. As a Mobile Notary I will meet you at a specified time and location to provide the needed Notary services. Travel fees apply and are contingent on the distances traveled and are in addition to the per notarization fees. General public services include witnessing signatures, notarizing legal documents and administering oaths and affirmations.
Birth, Death and Marriage certificates cannot be notarized. These documents can be obtained from the Bureau of vital statistics or equivalent agencies.
